- 5 Convenient Steps to Register

Step 1 - Read the Info

 

Read the FAQs section to learn about Zodiac's approach, policies and programs; and

Review the Swim Schedules to select your appropriate class day, time, location and cost

Please note the following policies regarding the registration process:

  1. Receipt of Application – due to the high volume of applications at peak registration periods, Zodiac cannot guarantee a confirmation of receipt of application at the time of submission. Zodiac will confirm your registered class via email (see Step 5);
  2. First & Second Choice- If Zodiac cannot accommodate your first or second choice as listed on your application form a Zodiac representative will contact you to discuss alternatives.  Written confirmation via e-mail or fax is required to confirm the new class;
  3. Credit Card Information - It is the responsibility of the client to inform Zodiac of an expired, lost or stolen credit card. You will be required to fill out a new credit card authorization form for Zodiac's records;
  4. Waitlist - You may request to be placed on the waitlist for up to 3 different timeslots. Zodiac reviews the waitlists on a daily basis and we will contact you should anything become available to accommodate your family;
  5. Phone Registration - Zodiac does not accept registrations over the telephone, you must make your request in writing. If possible, office representatives are happy to explore current availability over the phone to help you plan your schedule, etc. Please note that while you may be informed that a space is available during a conversation, the space will NOT be held for you. It may have also been offered to other inquiring clients and may have filled by the time your form is received.
  6. Holding Spots - Zodiac DOES NOT hold spots under any circumstances.

Step 3 - Complete the Registration Form

Download and complete in full all portions of the Zodiac Registration Request Form

Families may register for Fall, Winter and/or Spring session at the same time (this is strongly encouraged to increase your chances of reserving your preferred timeslot).  If registering for more than one session, full payment may be made for all sessions at the time of registration or must be made for the first session and a $50.00 deposit paid with post-dated cheque(s) if applicable for the subsequent sessions due as follows:

  1. Winter Payment is due/will be processed on November 15th
  2. Spring payment is due/will be processed on January 15th

Please note: It is the client’s responsibility to provide Zodiac Swim School with up to date payment information prior to the November 15, and January 15, balance due dates. A $5.00 fee will be applied to invalid/declined credit cards.

Step 4 - Return Form and Payment to Ensure Spots

Submit your completed Zodiac Registration Request Form via email, mail, fax or hand deliver to the Zodiac office, TOGETHER WITH PAYMENT by cash, cheque (made payable to Zodiac Swim School), VISA or MasterCard, as follows:

a)         IF REGISTERING BY EMAIL - payment must be made by VISA/MasterCard only. Your submission form cannot be accepted without this information;

IF REGISTERING BY FAX - payment must be made by VISA/MasterCard only. Your submission form cannot be accepted without this information;

IF REGISTERING BY MAIL OR IN PERSON - your cash, cheque(s) or completed VISA/MasterCard payment must be received, together with the Zodiac Registration Request Form in order to maintain your priority. If you are paying by cheque, you must send post-dated cheques for the balance due (as applicable) along with your deposit.

Please note: Registering by cheque or cash within 3 weeks of your program start date can ONLY be done in person.

Step 5 - Confirmation

Once your registration has been processed you will receive an official confirmation by e-mail listing the day and time of your registered class(es) and receipt of payment (as applicable) before the session begins (as time permits for late registrations).

Your official confirmation will include a detailed account of all payments, deposits and/or registered sessions. Please review this information carefully to ensure that it is accurate.

You must take a copy of your e-mailed confirmation to the first class of each session.

Please note: It is your responsibility to provide Zodiac Swim School with a valid e-mail address that is current and in regular use for communication and correspondence.
