Six Easy Steps to Register

STEP 1: READ INFO:

Read and understand all of the enclosed program and registration information.


STEP 2: COMPLETE APPLICATION:

Fully complete and sign the enclosed Camper Application Form, including determining the applicable fees, confirming whether you wish optional bus transportation, whether you wish to participate in our catered camp lunch program and whether and to what (if any) extent the significant early payment, Zodiac, multi-session and TFS student discounts apply to your family. Please also complete the Getting To and From Camp section of the Camper Application Form.


STEP 3:SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING PAYMENT OPTIONS:

OPTION 1: Deposit + Full Balance of Payment on Nov. 1, 2009
                 (Mandatory for Nov. 1 Early Payment Discount)

OPTION 2: Deposit + Full Balance of Payment on Jan. 1, 2010
                 (Mandatory for Jan. 1 Early Payment Discount)

OPTION 3: Deposit + Balance of Payment on April 1, 2010
                 May 1, 2010, June 1, 2010 (3 Payments)

OPTION 4: Deposit + Full Balance of Payment on May 1, 2010

OPTION 5: Pay in Full at Time of Registration
                 (This is the only option if registering after May 1, 2010)


STEP 4: DEPOSIT (if applicable):

Place your VISA or MASTERCARD information in the space indicated on the Camper Application Form or submit a current-dated cheque made payable to Zodiac Swim & Specialty Camp, representing the aggregate deposit (if not paying in full at the time of registration) required to be made in connection with campers registering from your family. The Deposit is to be calculated on the following basis (and will be considered a partial payment towards the total camp fee):

$200.00 per camper for the first session that camper is enrolling in for Summer 2010
PLUS
$100.00 per camper for each subsequent session for that the same camper is enrolling for in Summer 2010


STEP 5: BALANCE OF PAYMENT:

Place your VISA or MASTERCARD information in the space indicated on the Camper Application Form and/or submit current or post-dated cheque(s), made payable to Zodiac Swim & Specialty Camp, representing the amount/balance of the total fees payable (after deducting the Deposit amount paid above, as applicable) in accordance with the payment option selected above.


STEP 6: RETURN MATERIALS:

Return the completed Camper Application Package, together with the full payment in accordance with Steps 3-5 listed above, as well as a current picture and a copy of the birth certificate for each camper in the enclosed self-addressed envelope. If any step has not been completed and/or any portion of the materials required has not been submitted, the application in question cannot be processed.
