Early Payment Discount
Your family can secure spots for Summer 2010 and save money by registering early since registrations received and paid IN FULL by NOVEMBER, 1, 2009 and JANUARY 1, 2010 are entitled to the following discounts (per camper per two-week session):

Zodiac/Tamarack/TFS Student Discount
There is a financial benefit to your “Zodiac loyalty” as follows:
ZODIAC DISCOUNT:
A CURRENT ZODIAC SWIM SCHOOL STUDENT (registered and paid for one or more of the Fall ‘09, Winter ’10 or Spring ’10 swim sessions) is entitled to a ZODIAC DISCOUNT for each one or two-week camp session (see below) (not applicable for siblings if not current Zodiac Swim School students).
TAMARACK DISCOUNT:
A SUMMER 2010 CAMP TAMARACK CAMPER (registered and paid for between 1 and 4 weeks) is entitled to a TAMARACK DISCOUNT for each one or two-week session registered for by that camper in Summer 2010 at Zodiac (not applicable for siblings of current Tamarack campers)
TORONTO FRENCH SCHOOL STUDENT DISCOUNT:
Each 2009-2010 full-time student at Toronto French School (“TFS”) is entitled to TFS STUDENT DISCOUNT for each one or two-week session registered for by that student in Summer 2010 (not applicable for siblings if not current TFS students).

ZODIAC CAMPER'S SWIM FEE DISCOUNT:
A Summer 2010 ZODIAC SWIM & SPECIALTY CAMP CAMPER (registered and paid for at least two weeks in Summer 2010) will be entitled to a 5% DISCOUNT off the total fee for that child’s FALL ’10, WINTER ’11, AND/OR SPRING ’11 SWIM FEES for Zodiac Swim School programs (i.e. not applicable for siblings if not Summer 2009 Zodiac Swim & Specialty Camp camper).
Multi Session Discount(DOUBLED COMPARED TO 2009!)
For each two-week session registered for by your family (not including the first) you will be entitled to the following MULTI-SESSION DISCOUNT which has been DOUBLED FOR SUMMER 2010 (compared to that offered in Summer 2009):

Other Payment Related Issues
PROGRAM REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
- Your deposit is refundable in full if we cannot accept your application (i.e. cannot satisfy your choice for the session in question i.e. program cancellation)
- Recognizing that family and personal circumstances can change, Zodiac Swim & Specialty Camp’s liberal refund policy provides that, as long as written notice of cancellation of a particular session is received more than one week prior to commencement of a camp session in question (regardless of when registration occurred), a FULL REFUND of fees payable in respect of such particular session, less an administrative charge per camper for each cancelled session, will be issued. The administrative charge is as follows:

- NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS in respect of a particular camp session whatsoever will be allowed ONE WEEK (or less) prior to commencement of the camp session in question
- Pro-rated refunds/credits and/or make-up days or partial days are NOT available for days absent or as a result of services not being fully utilized or should the Camp be unable to operate a given activity or the camp programs as a whole on all or a portion of a given day for any reason whatsoever.
- Refunds or credits (full or partial) may be available in the discretion of the Directors of the Camp for medical reasons (if the camper in question is absent for at least 3 consecutive days), upon written notice and, as required, presentation of a medical certificate
- Any refunds or credits (whatever the reason) will be issued during October, 2010
PROGRAM CHANGES
Transfers from one camp session to another or changes from one specialty area to another for a particular camp session can be made only upon receipt of written notice and are always subject to availability. Changes should be made at least one week prior to the commencement of a camp session. Transfers or changes made close to or during the camp season are far more difficult from an administrative and logistical perspective and, as such, the following rates (per session per child) apply to transfers/changes:

RETURNED CHEQUES/DECLINED VISAS
A cheque returned due to non-sufficient funds must be replaced immediately with a new form of payment covering the full amount owing, together with an additional administrative charge of $35.00. A declined VISA/MASTERCARD for any reason, including insufficient funds, expiration or lost/stolen card must be updated or replaced with a new form of payment immediately and will be subject to an additional administrative charge of $5.00.
